Ewalt Bernhart, Elsie Bernhart, Erich Bernhart

NOTES:

There are no records for any of these three Bernharts which leads me to believe that they might have died very young or there's a variation in the spelling of the surname. Though I did find one record of an Elsie Bernhart which may or may not be the same person.

There are several articles in the Detroit Free Press from 1907 mentioning a Harry H. Wait as being involved with Republican politics though I can't confirm it is the same person. If so, he was both a candidate to represent his party at the 1908 Constitutional Convention and ran for a Senate seat in the 4th District.

The 1920 United States Census abstract states that the couple was living in Wayne County, Michigan along with a 34-year-old female named Grace Phelps.

It also shows that Harry was occupied as a lawyer with his own practice. Both Isabelle's and Frederick's place of birth are listed as New York state.
